Project Description

Renovation project featuring multiple textured channel glass varieties on upper three floors, as continuity to vertical cast-iron construction on existing building. Employing the SF-60 framing system,  the exterior double-glazed Solar and 504 Rough Cast channel glass walls enclose the top three floors. Select channels are insulated with thermal insulation inserts. Flange-applied, TapeLite lighting system used on top floor.
