Project Description
Bendheim’s sculptural ventilated glass facade offers superior aesthetics, air circulation, and ample daylight. The translucent glass and open-joint design create a sense of openness, significantly enhancing occupants’ sense of comfort and safety. The design of the system allows flexibility to change the spacing, angle, orientation, and openness of the glass panels, providing the necessary amount of air flow. In the end, Bendheim helped create a jewel-like parking facade, maximized natural ventilation & daylight, and saved the client over $1 million on this project. To learn how, please see this case study or read about it in The Construction Specifier.
This patent-pending parking facade system can be customized on projects to meet the design intent and necessary openness for natural ventilation. It creates a new facade geometry, changing the expression of the building volume.
