Uarda Hoti

Uarda is the key driver for all sustainability initiatives at Bendheim. She launched our “Building a Clear Future” program and leads the company’s environmental and social responsibility efforts that align with global sustainability standards such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals. With over 3 years of experience in sustainability strategy, Uarda collaborates across departments to reduce environmental impact of our products and manufacturing processes, improve supply chain transparency, and enrich the lives of our employees and members of our community. Known for her collaborative approach, Uarda works closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to build a more sustainable future. Uarda holds a Doctorate in Economic Sciences and joined us in 2019.
