The youngest of the Jayson brothers, Steven joined Bendheim in 1986 and has since been a driving force in shaping our direction and growth. An expert in both commercial and residential architectural glass markets, as well as custom glass solutions, his work is guided by a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.

Managing the company together with his brothers, Steven spearheads the development, marketing, and communication of Bendheim’s architectural glass systems and solutions. Whether identifying emerging markets, launching new products, or introducing breakthrough initiatives, he is passionate about sharing Bendheim’s legacy and core values of integrity, innovation, and excellence.

With a strong focus on fostering relationships and practical solutions, Steven collaborates closely with leading architects and building professionals, ensuring Bendheim remains at the forefront of current and emerging design trends.

He has appeared on the Martha Stewart Living TV Show and Lou Manfredini’s Mr. Fix-It radio program. He has contributed to articles published in The New York Times, The Cooperator, Glass Magazine, and HC&O News.
