Donald Jayson

Donald became Bendheim President in 2023. Since joining the family business in 1980, he has helped guide Bendheim through growth, technological and environmental-forward modernizations, and transformation. His expertise spans trends and innovations in the domestic and international glass industries, specialty manufacturing, and managing major projects in architectural glass applications.

Passionate about upholding’s Bendheim’s core values of integrity, innovation, and excellence, he works to inspire these principles across the company and industry. His leadership style is hands-on and motivational, encouraging dialogue and collaboration, empowering teams, and turning vision into results.

Together with his brothers, Donald remains actively involved in the development and introduction of groundbreaking glass solutions and initiatives that set new benchmarks. His focus on building lasting partnerships and fostering a culture of trust and thought leadership continues to strengthen Bendheim’s reputation and legacy worldwide.

He has presented on architectural glass technology at accredited educational conferences and contributed to articles published in Architectural Products, Glass Magazine, and USGlass.
