Ben Jayson

As Vice President of Business Development at Bendheim, Ben leads strategic growth initiatives across the Southeast region. He is the first fourth-generation family member to join the company and learned the business from the ground up, spending his teenage summers working in the stained-glass division.

Ben’s career at Bendheim spans over a decade and included roles as President, Vice President of Finance, and Manufacturing Operations Coordinator, which provides him with a unique 360-degree perspective on both Bendheim’s strategic and operational aspects.

Committed to continual learning and growth, Ben pursued business development in advanced glass and systems technology independently, while maintaining close collaboration with Bendheim. During this time, he became a certified Professional EOS Implementer®, helping leadership teams achieve organizational clarity, accountability, and cohesion.

Since returning to Bendheim in early 2025, Ben’s work focuses on expanding Bendheim’s presence in the Southeast by building strategic partnerships with architects, designers, and glaziers. Internally, he spearheads the implementation of new business practices, including the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), to enhance organizational effectiveness and elevate client experience
