Project Description
This 900-unit residential development from Two Trees Management Company is a luxury rental complex situated between the Hudson River and Central Park South. A mix of Bendheim’s mirrored and back-painted low-iron SatinTech® etched glass complements the contemporary design of the building. Its durable, stain-resistant, satin-smooth matte surfaces are maintenance-friendly and invite use in high-traffic interior and exterior areas. Back-painted in a custom “Mercedes red” color, StainTech® glass lends the vibrant orange-red hue a subtle texture that invites touch. The 100% VOC-free color is produced using Bendheim’s industry-leading, 3rd-party-tested, baked-in, and UV-resistant HardShell® glass paint formulations. In mirror form, the luminous low-iron etched glass becomes a chameleon, picking up hints of color from the lighting and adjacent design elements.
