Project Description
When traveling through the Southwest Airlines terminal in Baltimore-Washington International Airport, travelers are met by a soaring artistic glass wall made of Lamberts® mouth-blown glass. The piece features vibrant colors influenced by the idea of futuristic, cosmic travel. Designed by Guy Kemper on a commission by the Maryland Aviation Authority. The expansive windows were fabricated by Derix Glasstudios using a silicone lamination technique.
