Bendheim’s “Jelly Bean Brick” together with white laminated and back-painted glass bring the exterior aesthetic into the lobby of the building. According to the architect’s website, the choice of materials also creates “a unique dialogue with the adjacent brick warehouses.” The feature glass wall is clearly visible from the main entrance and is intended to make a statement. It projects a dynamic play of color and light as the sun tracks across the sky throughout the day.
