What is Acoustic Glass?

Acoustic glass is a type of glass that reduces the amount of transmitted noise. When used in partition walls and doors, acoustic glass provides enhanced sound control for interior spaces. Glass with a Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating of at least 35 is ideal for providing acoustic privacy. STC is a rating of a material based on how much noise is transmitted through it.
