b'HERITAGE In 1927, with an air of destiny and a few boxes full of samples, Sem and Margaret Bendheim opened for business as importers and distributors of specialty glass products. They had one simple goal: to provide their customers with a wide variety of the finest glass products in the world.For over 90 years, the generations following in Sem and Margarets footstepscontinuetoproviderevolutionaryproductstoarchitects and building professionals throughout North America and beyond. Offering customized glass solutions and expert design knowledge to build bridges between the minds eye and reality. Our first place of business was located in a storefront in downtown Manhattan. In the 1950s, we moved to what is now the Bendheim Building in New Yorks Tribeca district. In the mid-90s, we responded to growing demand for our products by opening a manufacturing plant in New Jersey. Most recently, we relocated our production to a new 140,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility in Wayne, NJ, and our showroom to the New York Design Center at 200 Lexington Ave., NYC.
