Project Description
Bendheim offers the widest selection of textured architectural glass in an array of patterns to deliver the desired level of visual privacy and daylight. Textured glass is among the most cost-effective decorative solutions for architectural applications. At the 226-seat Alba Osteria restaurant by Norris Design, our Seedy glass creates elegant interior partitions with a hip vintage appeal. The antique-inspired glass texture is reminiscent of the small air bubbles in traditional mouth-blown glass. Installed in darkened divided-lite frames, it coordinates with the cheerful orange and yellow-colored art glass highlights, while creating a playful contrast with the contemporary seating furniture.
Bendheim’s variety of in-stock textures, available in regular or low-iron (ultra-clear) glass, creates new opportunities for dividing spaces, while maintaining daylight advantages. Our patterned glass can be used on the interior or exterior of the building, and can be supplied in safety tempered or laminated form for added safety and security. Customization options include lamination with a color or graphic interlayer; lamination with metal wires, textiles, and more; lamination to another texture or an etched glass for added privacy; back-painting in an unlimited range of hues; or mirror backing for wall-cladding applications.
