Project Description
Bendheim’s “Jelly Bean” glass serves as a functional art piece, forming a multi-colored glass wall. It greets guests as they come in, and separates the lobby from the hotel’s restaurant and casino. The decorative laminated glass features a variety of soothing, biophilic hues and several levels of translucency. Throughout the hotel, our Bronze Laminated Mirror clads the walls of the elevator vestibules.
Bendheim’s “Jelly Bean” colors are tested, stable, fade-resistant, and easy to maintain. They screen out up to 99% of damaging UV rays, helping minimize color fading of fabrics and furnishings. Installed in facades, the “Jelly Bean” Glass Collection helps control solar heat gain, preventing heat build-up and reducing cooling loads. The glass meets building safety codes, and can be specified for partitions, stair railings, balustrades, ceilings, doors, windows, canopies, and curtain walls, or any area requiring safety, security, and durability.
Bendheim offers advanced custom color capabilities in opaque, translucent, and transparent decorative laminated glass through spectrometer-assisted color matches. Additional customization options include various surface alternatives, including textured, fully etched, lightly etched, or etched patterns. Digitally printed custom color patterns and fades are also available.
